    Pays a wage to interns that lets them afford to live in Manhattan for a summer and also helps the students find housing. The interns are assigned basic tasks related to their field and their mentors evaluate them to see if we want to invite them in for an interview on graduation.

    The risk and cost is taken on entirely by the company. The students have nothing to lose by interning with my employer. At minimum, they have a fun summer in New York City. At maximum, they might get a job offer after the following year. All this at no cost to them.

    It can be done this way.

    To do it in any other way is exploitation.
