      If the Hispanic voting block become as comitted to the Democrats as the African American voting block has in the past, why we're in trouble as a party and I think as a nation.

        That's the statement I was referring to.

        That applies to all expensive fundraisers.

          and you're splitting hairs over a comment on this blog.  

          I don't think anyone was suggesting that the Obama campaign use our blog quotes, the point is to look at what Mitt Romney said.   People will have their own reactions to it, and that is fine.   That is the point.

          You don't have to worry, the Obama campaign isn't going to run a commercial that quotes my post to dailykos.   It would be nice if people started running ads that featured the quote from Romney though.

            "Mitt Romney at a 50,000 dollar a plate....."(6+ / 0-)

            As pointed out elsewhere. More money to burn that most people earn in  two years
