    disturbed for a long time by the left's rejection of what I see as simply accurate, descriptive use of the word "victim," which often states a claim to having been wronged, and is important for that reason.

    I've never been able to articulate the issues this clearly, though.  Clarifying the false connection with passivity, helplessness, and weakness is crucial to understanding.  I expect is has lots to do with our not clearly articulating who are the wrongdoers, in many cases, as well.

    This is very good work.
