    this district is not a amenable to him as the old 21st but apparently it is good enough for him to have an easy time. Owens is also looking pretty good, no competitive congressional contests around me this year.

      I make him the favorite, but I will be very pleasantly surprised if that isn't a single-digit race when all is said and done.

      I honestly don't get releasing an internal showing you down 19. The district was Obama +18, so showing yourself down 19 shows nothing other than the generic terrain of the district. Which the GOPer has NO resources to overcome, at least not according to his last FEC report.
