    The only real "federal" election has exactly 538 voters. Its ballots are not secret, and they are publicly counted by hand.

    State rules and regulations, perhaps in line with federal recommendations (but perhaps not), govern all elections except the one held by the Electoral College.

    Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is the superior of capital, and deserves much the higher consideration. -- K.Marx A.Lincoln
