    Often technocratic policy is just an excuse for unpopular policy.

    It would be easier if we could hand over our government to objective robots. But there's always someone programming the robots, so it is impossible for them to actually be objective.

    With freedom comes responsibility, and that includes the electorate asserting its interests proactively.

    Government and laws are the agreement we all make to secure everyone's freedom.
