    I saw from your profile that you teach HS, so I was wondering.
    Most diaries on this topic aren't as well-trafficked, so you have done something right! I've been surprised there's been as little productive discussion on this site as there has been; maybe there will be a change.
    The other resource I'd recommend (which I don't think you linked to in your diary) is the New Faculty Majority. Many progressive activists there trying to figure out a new, more successful approach to organizing.

      My job is a bit of both, I teach Concurrent Enrollment Courses as an adjunct.  That's a whole 'nother topic for another day.  :)

      I will check out the link, thank you for that.  

      I hope there will be more discussion on this--most adjuncts know what straits they are in, but it seems like there is still public perception that teaching college=big money, no matter how many classes.  Most people assume it pays better than K-12, I've found in talking to people about our crazy world.
