    should be dismissed.  In my view, they are owed the wages they would have earned had they not been locked out regardless of whether or not they found employment in the mean time.

    If business isn't forced to fully pay up when they do something illegal, they will continue to do wrong in hopes of not being held accountable or being able to mitigate their resonsibilities.   A big fine would help, too, if only for its deterrant value.

    There already is class warfare in America. Unfortunately, the rich are winning.

      I agree, they should  be liable for back wages regardless, but I don't think that's how it works.

        failing in their obligations far too long and continue putting workers last.  They, and the politicians that oversee them, have fogotten why they were created (hint:  it wasn't to be business friendly).
