      manager (mid-june) there were none. I was campaign manager from early Jan to May. The campaign didn't have any....

        but my girlfriend used to live in Vancouver and we'd see some while driving around.  I recall one was up on a fence where it could be viewed from a highway, perhaps it was I-205.
