    that I assume Florida is using software at least as sophisticated as what we use here. Registrations have to be input in order to generate a voter record. If a registration comes in that has conflicting addresses, birth dates or names — which the data inputter can instantly see — it gets flagged for resolution LONG before election day. It's not just a case of, "Oh here's the new registration, old one cancelled, vote shows up and is out of luck." It just doesn't work that way.

    Take the "Can't(or)" out of Congress. Support E. Wayne Powell in Va-07.
