      but not on charitable contributions.  I think his calculated taxes were such that his rate was 13% but he had tax credits calculated after the tax rate calculation that reduced the liability for those years to zero.  

      Think about it:  Essentially it means he paid income taxes to other countries NOT the US. Legal and in accordance with tax law but it SMELLS really bad. And this from someone who has been running for office for 10 years.  The GREED is unbelievable.
