    They are particularly concerning.

    Amendment 1 -- Prevents penalties for not purchasing health care coverage in order to comply with federal health care reforms.

    Amendment 5 -- Gives the Legislature increased control over the judicial branch.

    Amendment 8 -- Repeals ban of public dollars for religious funding.

    I'm still looking @ the other eight ballot measures.

        (and they are) Amendment 5 could be the worst of 'em all.

        It really takes unbridled hubris and gall for Rick Scott's tea-publicans in Tallahassee to try to remove the last legal check on their power. Without that check by the courts they would surely cripple this state for at least a generation.
