  •  I'm pretty sure Dr Warren does allow students in (7+ / 0-)

her classroom to respond, and only probably starts interrupting them when they start blatantly lying...

Of all the downballot races I'm watching, hers is the one I most want a Democratic win in.  I think she's too important a fighter for the rest of us not to be a major player in politics.  Maybe if she loses but we keep the Senate, they could actually do filibuster reform, and she could get appointed to SCotUS.  Wouldn't THAT be a slap in the face to the plutocrats.

    •  She just knocks my socks off (4+ / 0-)

and I can't believe she's not leading handily.  I'm enough of a fan to send money across the country to her campaign every month, even though I have several important in-state races to worry about (and of course supporting Obama).

nate silver gives her a 69% chance of winning in november.

reputable polls have her 5 pts ahead.

she just got a slow start.  but she's shown she's more than capable of jumping through the hoops of steep learning curve.  (excuse the mixed metaphor)

and watch Fox religiously. They won't vote for her because
she's a Dem, which to them means high taxes, big government, "all they do is spend, spend, spend."

When I asked if they thought a woman could get elected to the Senate after posing for a centerfold, they just smiled.
