  •  Welp, they have a problem in that they have (9+ / 0-)

    misidentified what makes Romney unlikable:

Since Romney is a reserved man, his advisers acknowledge that it will be difficult for him to endear himself to the country
Romney is not a reserved man.
re·served (r -zûrvd ). adj. 1. Held in reserve; kept back or set aside. 2. Marked by self-restraint and reticence. See Synonyms at silent.
Mr. MAHW is a reserved man.  When he reveals himself, he's very likable -- he's kind and decent.
Mitt Romney is not reserved -- he does not hold back, and he does not set himself aside. When his true self is revealed further, it is not marked by self -restraint.  It turns out he likes attacking people and chopping their hair off.  He gets a kick out of insulting people's attire and cookies. He enjoys firing people and pillaging companies.

Reservation is the least of his problems.  Actually, were he more reserved, he might be more likable, as it might keep more of his dickish personality from being revealed.

"On their backs were vermiculate patterns that were maps of the world in its becoming. Maps...of a thing which could not be put back. Not be made right again."
