    fast the first time. I thought you were talking about the ballot initiatives that are mostly all Tea Party driven.

    I knew we voted to affirm the Supreme Court judges, but I did not know the Republicans were specifically targeting those three judges for removal. I honestly haven't seen anything about this until now. If they're pushing to get these judges voted out, I haven't seen any advertising about it, nor news reports here in Florida.

      People need to think about it, and not just assume the justices automatically deserve to be kicked out just because they are on the ballot for recall.

        they are on the ballot for affirmation. Every judge goes through it every six years here in Florida. It's not like what happened in Wisconsin where they gathered signatures to get a recall vote.

        The judges are automatically asked for an up or down every six years. Usually they just get affirmed my a large yes vote. What's different here is that according to the article the GOP is campaigning to get people to vote no on these three judges. They are trying to make a partisan issue out of the judiciary.
