    he stated the law was good and will stand, but the state's ability to get ID for all those who need ons prior to the November election was the only problem. PA's photo voter ID law will probably be enforced starting in 2013.

    We have had registration cards here for decades, but not with photos or dates...never saw any need of this before Obama won in 2008.
