      prior to and you are grandfathered. If it's 63 days without coverage, you have to wait the year. Sorry, about that but they kept talking about 90 days and for the most part, that is how long companies will make a new employee wait before they can get benefits. But yes, you can go 62 without coverage but not 63.

      Again, I'm very sorry about this glaring mistake. As an HR person, I should know better AND I feel very bad about making this error.
