    ... the bank that manages your credit card.  Your credit card bank's computer may have thought the charges looked unusual compared to your normal spending pattern.  You may want to call the bank that manages your credit card and let them know that yes you did indeed make the charges.  Otherwise they may continue to block such charges.

    Similar things have happened to me in the past, where I used a credit card for an out of state purchase that I normally just use locally.  The credit card bank's computer noticed it and flagged it.
