    I taught my class about the differing biological effects of enantiomers last week, but usually the effects are some/nothing, rather than cumin/spearmint. What a terrific bit of knowledge! Totally cool :) You have so much great information to impart!

      Carvone is the trivial name for the compound.  One is the right handed one, the other the left handed one.  I do my best to inform, but have a huge burden as we speak.
