    I don't think there's any evidence that anyone likes him other than national conservatives and DC pundits.  He produced basically no bounce nationally. There's some evidence that he gave Romney a bump in Wisconsin but that appears to have dissipated and the race went back to the pre-Ryan selection numbers in Wisconsin after the conventions. I think all of the data has shown that Ryan has been at best a non-factor or slight net negative.

      The breathless presentation by the media of Ryan as the marathon-running, square-jawed, intellectual budget wonk and Randian savior was quite over the top. And he did have plenty of Republican women and men gushing over him for a while. That seems to have quieted down.

        I thought you probably were but didn't know.

        His image was really over-the-top. The sad thing is, is that that image will likely return after the election with the rationale given that the Romney campaign wouldn't allow Ryan to be Ryan.
