  •  Hedges message or diarist? (6+ / 0-)

I'm not certain why there is so much resistance to this video given the quality of The Real News network and Hedges argument. If a diarist is a troll, he/she should be banned but what makes publishing this video problematic to the Kos community? Provocative arguments that provoke change in our political system is what motivates us to this space.

DKos endorsed Occupy WS and the Chicago Teachers Strike and the Walmart workers strike. All of which are the types of actions Hedges supports. Recall when Kos started the blog he said we want to elect BETTER democrats. One method is to force the party to embrace a progressive slate and eschew the centrist rhetoric. We should work to push Obama and all Democrats to work for the 99%. Hence, this diary is a valuable addition to the Kos community.

is obviously advocating 3rd party and as such is correctly hide rated.
