      that Rasmussen might understate the Romney bounce.

      That is because Rasmussen has a strict voter ID quotas for having so many Republicans, Democrats etc.  No one else controls for voter ID because it is not fixed the way gender and race are.  Thus, one can decide one is more inclined toward the Republicans on any given day.

      Rasmussen quotas on voter ID provides a floor on GOP support, but it also provides a ceiling that may not accurately reflect the extent  of the change in voter enthusiasm.

      Pew is one of the best.  

      But again, it was taken at the height of the Romney bounce.
