    in 1997 (I read it when Bush was running for his first term) defining the think tank's philosophy and mission.  It was the most frightening thing I had read since "Lord of the Flies," except it wasn't fiction.  It's time everyone read it, especially voters, so they would know what they were in for if the PNAC group regains any measure of power in government - a world that only insecure men with a  true thirst for hegemony could conceive.
