    R+3 is the result of the survey, not the skew.  Results are skewed to match age/gender/income of the census, not to match party affiliation.  You're falling into the same trap that the idiot at unskewedpolls fell into.  

    Party identify is very fluid, you don't skew for it.

    Minority rights should never be subject to majority vote.

      Skewed in that it won't reflect reality.

      It's a momentary distortion and won't be reflected in November.

      In that sense it is skewed.
