    It's much better to live a long, miserable life in constant fear, having to hide who you are than to live a short happy life being with who you want to be with and being who you are...

    Can anyone chip in for a DNA test to prove these people are the same species as me?

      over them possibly just averaging ages at death to get their numbers, if what they calculated wasn't simply a life-expectancy effect of being under just that kind of constant fear and stress.

      If there can be talk of how workplace stress affects health outcomes, why not talk of how having to deal with groups like FRI can affect health outcomes?

      I can't see how the grinding stress some of my GLBT friends had to deal with during their teens and twenties, sometimes while remaining completely silent about it to everyone, cannot have some sort of long-term health effect.
