    the fear that is driving the right wing. They are worried that the Democrats will keep nominating friendly black guys, who will be able to cleave off a minority of the white vote but most of the minority vote and thus be virtually unbeatable. So they feel that they have to stop black people from voting, as much as possible, lest they will have to endure an endless string of black presidents. For someone on the right, in many ways a centrist black president is much more offensive than a liberal white president. They are practically panicked over the thought of "turning over our country" to these people we brought here to work in the fields.
