    Congrats on the job but every retail worker is entitled to respect. You are not owed any more kindness than someone else just because you completed a graduate degree and they did not. Everyone is doing the best they can, indeed.

      that those who don't have graduate degrees are any less than anyone else. I think what i'm trying to say is that hey, you don't know this person, so if you are in a bad mood, keep it to yourself. This person could have 4 kids and one is in the hospital or this person could have just lost a best friend, etc. In the heat of the moment, we all have to remember there is a reason that we are right where we are. Take a deep breath. That coffee maker isn't going anywhere....

      when you consider what a grad degree means in cost/benefits vs a vocational type of position.  A good HCAC man can pull down as much as a college prof with a little luck
