  •  Money is a red herring. (8+ / 0-)

The amount of money is infinite. We can make as much as we want, just as we can write as many words as we want. The only real limit is time.
You'll notice that realists always talk about time. Idealists never. That's because they have no sense of time. They do run out of time, but it comes as a surprise. Their lives are a continuous do-over. They exist in retrospect.

However the thing that supercedes realism, idealism, time and money is power. To have the ability to lead others, one would sacrifice all of the things that would shape the humanity of a person.

In the case of Romney and Ryan, a person would even sell out their loved ones, sacrifice their principles and deceive the public to hold the scepter of power that would allow them to gain access to the most elite level of our society.

Lies, deceit and abuse of the public trust is nothing to the GOP candidates and their party. Therefore, it is Romney and Ryan's forte to use cruel, unusual and very catastrophic tactics to fool the public and win this election.

That is why I focused my question on what methodology do we use override the tactics of the GOP.  The next few weeks ahead will be a battle over influence on a limited amount of time and resources, as you proposed.
