    fatherhood, but I don't believe they do. At least not as of 10 years ago, although some of them were doing a reasonable job of teaching kids about AIDS.

    I think many young men are living in the past before the relatively recent crackdown on actually collecting child support from noncustodial parents. Many of them remember their own childhoods when their single moms got nothing or next to nothing from their "dads."

    Eliminate tax breaks that stimulate the offshoring of jobs.
