She's a weasel.  I documented her frequent and often insane attempts to get her charges dismissed, her case thrown out, and ever (hold on to your laughter) to invoke a 10 year old immunity deal to cover her criminal activity of the present.

She got a really sweet deal from the prosecutors without having to cooperate in the John Doe as a part of it and she is still not fucking satisfied.  Sorry, but it's infuriorating.

      Is even juicier.

Note that in the plea agreement, one condition was (my emphasis):

      3. Ms. Rindfleisch agrees that she has not been, and will not become, involved in any further criminal conduct.  For purposes of this paragraph, "criminal conduct" is defined as any activity in contravention of a criminal statute that rises to the level of probable cause supporting the issuance of a criminal complaint.  It is immaterial whether or not criminal charges are actually filed.
So if she's tied to e.g. the bid rigging or anything else at all that she might not have come publicly clean with, the other 3 charges come back (I think) and maybe a few more get added.

Be on your best behavior, Rindfleisch!
