and IAP were paid over $500,000 by the Wisconsin State GOP for services provided in the WI Governor Scott Walker recall effort.  That effort was marred too by Sproul's signature hallmarks of registration bamboozlement, lies (once you sign the petition, you don't have to show up to vote) Nd bamboozlement (robocalls going out saying the recall day had changed).  Not surprising, Walker "survived" the recall.  Fairly... ?  Har, har, come now...

In May and June, the Wisconsin Republican Party paid $505,000 to Issue Advocacy Partners to do door-to-door canvassing as Democrats tried to recall Gov. Scott Walker and Republican state senators, according to campaign finance records and an interview with Conrad. Issue Advocacy Partners has an issueadvocacypartners.com website that was virtually identical to Strategic Allied Consulting's until recently. Both sites had the same design, photos and text.

Calls and emails to Issue Advocacy Partners and Strategic Allied Consulting were not returned.
