    PA by 10.3 in 2008.  He won Nationally by 7.3.  If Obama is plus 4 in PA that suggests a shift of minus 6.3, which would suggest an Obama lead of 1 point nationally.  Obama won New Jersey by 15.6, so a plus 8 margin would represent a shift of 7.6 points, and would imply a Romney lead of -.3 nationally.

    Neither result supports a collapse of Obama's national numbers.  

    They are actually significantly better than the PPP national poll.
