In my particular red state, the only thing people see or hear (at least the white people) is Fox News and emails from their friends forwarding some crazy BS by Dinesh D'Souza.  There is virtually zero advertising for Dems of any sort down here.  I was shocked to come across an Obama ad on cable the other day.

All I am saying is that there were some soft pro-Obama voters from 2008 who are probably going for Romney here in 2012, particularly post-debate, BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER BECAUSE ROMNEY WAS GOING TO WIN THIS STATE ANYWAY.  People in my state have seriously lost the ability to process what is happening in the economy because -- other than extractive industries and refining -- there isn't much of any industry.  The only place this will really hurt Obama is in Florida, where the panhandle and parts of central Florida are much more like my red state.

Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa are a totally different story.  I think people there are doing better under Obama and know it.

But can anyone tell me what's up in Virginia and Colorado?
