    They're kickbacks for giving a lot of otherwise unemployable people something to do.  Not all of the workers who go through their programs are prone to doing one stoopid thing after another but so-o many do, it's got a bad rep in our state.  You can complain to half the state but no one ever does anything.

    Back in the olden days, if we fucked up that bad, we'd be fired.  I bet most of us have our own experience with something like that, and were made better human beings for it.  This was called The School of Hard Knocks.  These people I'm talking about?  Forget it.  They know they can get away with whatever they want.

    BTW, you know where the band U2 got their name?  U2 was the box you checked at the top of the Irish welfare form if you were unemployable.  They found their niche in society.
