owned, offers white and wheat dough made in-store, fresh daily, along with red and white sauce. The dough is yeast rising dough, and makes great pizza and calzone, at home.

I make my own sauce from tomato paste & herbs/spices.

Roll out dough into roundish shape, transfer immediately to parchment paper (available at Costco for great price) and place on cooking pan/pizza pan with holes/baking plate.

Spread sauce on all the way to the edges.

Sprinkle with extra sweet basil, oregano, fresh ground pepper and a bit of parsely.

For pizza, sprinkle over whole crust:
For calzone, sprinkle over 1/2 of the crust:

Parmesan & Romano dry grated cheese (1/4 cup)
Shredded Mozzarella/Provolone/Chedder from Costco (1/2 to 1 cup)

choice of meats: canadian bacon and/or sausage and/or pepperoni (1 to 2 cups)

choice of veggies/fruits: marinated artichoke hearts (sliced chunks), onion, green and/or red bell pepper (thinly sliced), olives (round slices), mushrooms (thin slices) (1/2 to 2 cups), pineapple (sliced chunks), tomatoes (dried or add fresh after cooked)

For pizza, place into pre-heated oven at 425 F for 15 to 20 minutes (watch for cheese to turn brown on top, don't burn it!)

For calzone: fold crust over and seal edges by rolling and pressing edges together (like putting a top crust on a pie). Cut AT LEAST 3 or 4 one inch long cuts into dough top for steam release and to keep it from bulging and exploding in your oven. Sprinkle a bit of oregano and/or basil onto top of crust and gently press into dough. Place into pre-heated oven at 425 F for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 400 for additional 10 to 15 minutes. Check for golden brown color to come out on top - that means it's time to eat!

    Buen Provecho!

and it's not even a troll diary. :)

And God said, "Let there be light"; and with a Big Bang, there was light. And God said "Ow! Ow My eyes!" and in a flash God separated light from darkness. "Whew! Now that's better. Now where was I. Oh yea . . ."
