      mail-in ballots in Cuyahoga than in-person voters. Many BLACK voters prefer in-person over mail-in. But by at least 5-1, voters prefer mail-in. Last weekend we had gotten 50,000 mail-in ballots, and i think about 8,000 people had voted in person at that point. We are up to over 12,000 now, but we've had a full week to get more mail-in ballots, as well as dropped-off ballots like mine. (There is a ballot box up front at the BoE where you can drop in your ballot).

      Take the "Can't(or)" out of Congress. Support E. Wayne Powell in Va-07.
