    I would guess he meant "million," because at $2M you can live without having to work at all, and if we allow another 50% on top of that, we end up with $3M.  

    "Minus two votes for the Republican" equals "plus one vote for the Democrat." Arithmetic doesn't care about their feelings either!

      But if you have $2 million in the bank, with today's interest rates, you are making maybe $60,000 a year.  Depending on where you live and how big your family is, I would say it's unlikely you don't have to work at all.  Especially if you are paying for your own health insurance.
