    But my opinion is that when the national average today is Romney +0.1, saying the race is clearly in anyone's corner is an overreach. The swing states look BETTER, but far from done deals.

    I noted that I liked the trajectory, but that trajectory hasn't created a decisive edge. Not yet.

    Will it in a week? It may well. Obviously, I hope it does, of course.

      What if the national numbers don't get better before election day?  Seems like that is a distinct possibility.  It doesn't change a damn thing about the fact that the president has positioned himself in the Electoral College for a win, and a not particularly close one, either.
