    It's probably a First-Amendment-protected prediction per the Supreme Court's holding in NLRB v. Gissel.

      depend on how many times the employees were told to vote for Romney, more than one, when you need your job to support your family, I would think it to be tromenting, exhausting, and impeding. I know that is how I would feel, and also the fact that you would be afraid to voice your own opinion if it was different.
