    interview? Perhaps on one of the big nets? I'd love to see Powell smack down Sununu/Romney in his own classy understated way, and talk up Obama and talk down Romney for another news cycle.

      especially there is an underlying theme in Sununu's statements that Powell stepped a bit out of his place. I would think that would at least warrant a response and cover another news cycle.

        Colin Powell's boss...
        While technically true in the past tense, it sure ain't true today.  I almost literally shuddered when I read that statement.   At the least, Sununu should have said, "former boss".  I think anyone else speaking about that context or speaking about anyone else's former boss would have prefaced with "former" and perhaps not use the word "boss" at all.

        I don't want to interpret Sununu's motivation too closely, but in its mildest form his statement was offensive.

      They have just given Powell another reason not to have endorsed Romney, racism.
