I do lie awake at night thinking about the SCOTUS.

      •  I gotta question: (0+ / 0-)

I've been using the slogans "Vote as if your life depends on it" and "GOTV as if your life depends on it" around here for months if not years.

Any chance I could throw a monkey wrench into NRLC's plans by asserting that they're violating copyright?

And are there any lawyers around here who might want to send them a strong lawyer-letter about that, to get the ball rolling?

Re. "terrified."  Yeah; nervousness about the election has managed to get through my normal Spock-like emotional defense mechanisms too.  I had a nasty loop-the-loop over it last night.  None the less: stay the course....

"Minus two votes for the Republican" equals "plus one vote for the Democrat." Arithmetic doesn't care about their feelings either!

the myriad cogent analyses of why Roberts voted for ACA?  It wasn't because he actually respects the law or constitution.  He is more concerned about his legacy.

He has the Citizen's United Court and Scalia and Thomas itching to repeal Roe v. Wade and anything related to civil rights -- that's all we need to know.
