  •  Where to Wedge vs Where to Appeal (4.00)
The wedge we need to drive is between the RR leadership and other opinion leaders --not the general public.

The RR leadership are successfully spinning public attacks on themselves as attack on religion, which too many Jill and Joe Publics will accept if only sublimillubly. I'd suggest that we need to confine the wedging to opinion leaders, media figures etc.

For the public, we should probably be reaching out, appealing to them and leave the issue of religious zealot leadership alone where we're able to.

As so many others have suggested, appeals should probably be on nonreligious matters of common sense pocketbook economics, opportunity, safety net, more appropriate national defense etc. where the zealots can't make hay from preaching and framing 24/7.
