    Annoyng, emotional, and smart.  But also a very sincere principled person who calls it like he sees it.  And, unlike most here (including me), not a partisan.  Makes his fervant support of Obama all the more persuasive.

    Have to admit, he was pretty right about how serious the effect of the first debate would be.  And he was ready to call victory for Democrats in all 3 subsequent debates.  Now lots of Nate Silver and Sam Wang on his site.

    With all his quirks, I'm glad he's on our side.  He's an interesting, thoughtful person and a true intellectual.

      Gallup doesn't weight by party affiliation. (see my comment below)
      This incorrect assumption underpins most of the points he makes.  I'm surprised in a way he hasn't retracted it.
