    I guess the powers-that-be figured it would be way too anti-coal and skipped us.
    One thing you might want to point out is this facility is not going into a pristine wilderness -- there's a working oil refinery right next to where it would go. Environmental degradation and species displacement is almost the norm for that area.
    However, even if it is built, look on the bright side: we won't be suffering the hell that western Pennsylvania residents are living in because of the shale gas boom that basically wrecked their entire environment and water quality for hundreds of miles downstream.  That WAS pristine land.
    Halliburton made lots of profit, tho. Good for the economy!!
