        3 cups of self-rising flour
        1/3 cup of shortening
        1 cup of milk

        Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
        Once the batter is thoroughly mixed, spread it onto a pan.
        Using a small cup, cut individual biscuits from the batter.
            (If any batter remains after cutting the biscuits, it can be assembled into a hand-made biscuit, commonly called a "cat-head".)
        Bake in an oven at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
