registered voters in this state.  Any comparable law or reg. in Wisconsin?

Patriotism may be the last refuge of scoundrels, but religion is assuredly the first.

because a clerk from Illinois was doing some odd things like following a voter in line and other things that I can't remember, but somebody filed a complaint about her. I mean the clerk from Illinois was doing this stuff in Racine, Wisconsin during the recall elections.

says anyone who wishes to challenge a voter as ineligible (a felon, not a citizen, etc.) must be a Wisconsin "elector" (resident). This probably doesn't apply to just observing quietly. If they start harassing voters, I as the voter protection observer would ask the chief judge to make them either raise a formal challenge (the first item is to establish that they are Wisconsin electors) or shut up.
