really seem to be trying to be nice these days instead of acting like I was some royal pain in the ass when I call for some support.  This sea change can be attributed  to Obamacare!

paying for your medical care to your satisfaction?  Does that mean they are not inundating you with cryptic fees and piles of paperwork?  Does that mean all your medical history is actually consolidated into one file automatically?

on the phone.  It will take a second Obama administration to get them to start paying like they should.  If they don' looks like I will hava options.

The insurance companies may change their tune after the election.  That's a good bet if Romney wins (G_d forbid).

If Obama wins, and this 'stealth public option' is available for four years, nobody in Washington will dare touch it in 2016.  And health insurance companies will be shrinking faster than the polar ice cap.

We're all pretty strange one way or another; some of us just hide it better. "Normal" is a dryer setting.

since May about a bill they didn't cover (but should have) and since September about co-insurance they are incorrectly continuing to bill me for.

Last week I finally said "this is open enrollment for benefits at my workplace, and I am not getting the service that would convince me to stay with your company."

An excellent representative immediately called me and has sorted out my problems. In a DAY.
