  •  Sucky day (8+ / 0-)

Sarah didn't come home last night, then spent the day pressing my bad triggers. I can only assume the Prozac isn't working yet.

She has steadfastly refused to give me my half-hour in the house alone to calm down. I'm walking a razor's edge between losing it, running away, an looking longingly at full med bottles (rare occurrence).

I'm terrified no go to sleep due to the PTSD.

Sarah even made me walk in the dark and cold to post a mail package she promised to get out Monday. How could I trusts that?

I'm in extreme physical pain I can't ease because I need to deal with Sarah. Same with the psych stuff. I have it and permission to use, but I so wish I could do just one day off and relax.

Right now she smileo when I cry. And the rent is latish and short because she went on a fast food spending spree.

End of rope, I haz you.

Sometimes going to post a letter alleviates stuff.

When younger, we rode our bike hands-off to the Post Office but had to pump hard on the way home.

{{{Lorelei}}} take care of you first, and the rest will follow. It has to be you, first.
