  •  Florida is getting similar saturation... (0+ / 0-)

...haven't actually counted, but I think I will during the 6 o'clock news tonight and post the results. I live in the Orlando market, which is being flooded with ads.

I vote we run Rick Scott out of Florida on a high-speed rail.

    •  Orlando 6 p.m. newscast not as bad... (0+ / 0-)

We had 18 ads in three blocks during the 30-minute period, 16 political and 2 car ads.

The breakdown was 2 anti-Obama ads (actually the same American Crossroads ad, run during both the 2nd and 3rd blocks); 2 anti-Romney ads (both by the Obama campaign); and 2 pro-Romney ads (1 by the 60+ Association and 1 by the Romney campaign). There was also 1 Congressional ad (by Democrat Val Demmings going negative on Republican incumbent Dan Webster) and a positive Senate ad by Bill Nelson. The rest included 5 ads for state or local races, 1 ad for a state ballot initiative, and 1 ad for a local referendum.

I vote we run Rick Scott out of Florida on a high-speed rail.
