if a habitat is flooded, the improvement for target fishes increases by an infinite percentage...because a habitat suitability index that is even a tiny fraction of 1 is still infinitely higher than zero, which is the suitability of dry land to fishes.

      the video, not the drink.

but we do need to know, don't we?

it's just, what the hell is there to do about it?

they are holding us back.  these people are dead and numb and unconscious.  truly, imo.

and what do we do about that as a democracy?

i think we are good and split as a country, and that's something that has to be faced head on.

a british friend once asked me 'why didn't the usa just let the confederacy go it's own way.'

the answer of course is that we would have had the british on our doorstep.  but now?  why not?  what is the virtue of holding this together if it results in stalemate after stalemate?

If transferring wealth to the top 2% creates jobs, wouldn't we be swimming in jobs right now? (-9.75 / -9.05)

Faux News. Canada rejected Faux news coming into their country cuz they have laws preventing an organisation that is Entertainment being called news.

irony is that the Comedy Channel has Jon Stewart and Colbert, who actually point out real events in a funny way.  The satire is obvious and no one tries to make you think it is real.  Go to Fox NEWS, and they have less news than the Comedy Channel.  Opposite world.

I know people like those in the video, and some of them have college educations.  Yet they still believe Fox and don't question.  It is amazing.
